By using Shandaar Sale (“the app”), published by Dhondooo, you agree to these terms.
What the app does
Shandaar Sale collects retail promotions from shops, brands and deal listings in Pakistan and presents them in one place, so you can browse current sales by city and category and then visit the retailer to buy.
We are not a shop. We do not sell anything, take payment, hold stock, ship orders or handle returns. Every purchase is between you and the retailer.
Offer information is not a guarantee
Offer details are collected automatically from public sources and can be incomplete, out of date or wrong. Prices, discounts, dates, terms and availability are set by the retailer and change without notice.
- Always confirm an offer on the retailer’s own site before relying on it.
- We are not responsible for an offer that has ended, a price that differs, or stock that has run out.
- We do not endorse any retailer or product shown in the app.
Third-party links
The app links to retailer websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, terms, privacy practices, or anything you buy there.
Content ownership
Offer text and images belong to the businesses that published them, and are shown to help you find offers and reach the source. All trade marks belong to their owners. If you own content in the app and want it removed, email us and we will take it down.
Everything else in the app — its design, code and arrangement — belongs to Dhondooo.
Acceptable use
Please do not:
- try to scrape, copy or resell the app’s catalogue in bulk
- interfere with the app or our servers, or try to gain unauthorised access
- use the app for anything unlawful
Notifications
If you allow notifications, we may send you occasional alerts about new sales. You can turn them off at any time in Settings → Notifications or in your device settings.
Availability
The app is provided as is. We do not promise it will always be available, that the catalogue will always be current, or that it will be free of errors. We may change or discontinue features at any time.
Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Dhondooo is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app, including anything relating to a purchase you make from a retailer.
Nothing here limits rights you have under Pakistani consumer law that cannot be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continuing to use the app after an update means you accept the revised terms.
